Each client is unique, and deserves personal attention and custom services to meet his, her, or their collective needs.  This is where I excel!  

If you are selling your house, I will prepare a custom marketing plan... specially designed for YOUR situation.  I will do MUCH more than simply "list" your house.  I will actively work to SELL your house!

If you are buying a home, I will LISTEN carefully to your wants, needs and wishes.  Then, we will work together to make your dreams become reality.

The process of buying or selling real estate can be intimidating and complex.  It is my job to guide and advise you as we navigate the confusion.  It doesn't have to be intimidating.  In addition, it is also my job to provide you with the resources to make the process much less confusing.

I truly believe that each and every person is unique, and has unique needs.  This is why I take the extra time to listen to you, and design my services to best meet YOUR goals.  Yea, this sounds like good lip service... but you will discover quickly that I talk straight and only commit to that which I will do.  Satisfied clients lead to confident referrals; and THAT is where the larger payoff is for me (the cost of acquiring clients is one of the biggest expense any business has).

"Service Beyond"  and "Premier Service" are just fancy ways of saying I will do everything within my power (and within the prevailing laws) to make you one of those satisfied clients.

About Me

While it is much more important to know what "I will do for you", some may wish to know  little about me.  I am a "Buckeye" through and through.  I am married to one of the most wonderful ladies in the world (not that I am biased or anything!).  10 years of pure bliss!  I have two dogs (some would say they are like my kids), Taz and Tuxedo (Taz is a mixed breed at 60ish lbs, and Tuxedo is a Tibetan Spaniel at 15 lbs soaking-wet).  I was a top HR exec for more years than I care to remember, and that executive career culminated as CEO of one of the fastest growing companies in the nation.  I pursued a dream and became a builder and remodeler for several years, but soon realized I was too much a perfectionist (read as "not fast enough") to be truly effective in that capacity.

So, I decided to leverage my executive, marketing, and negotiating skills in the real estate market.  My experience, skill and knowledge will definitely benefit you as you navigate your own real estate transaction. 

I've often been described by others as a straight talker (sometimes too straight).  I am very loyal to my clients.  I endeavor to provide the very highest level of professional services.  And I try to learn every day (the saying is "many will have more knowledge than you; but the goal is to make those numbers become smaller with every breath").
